Application:

• Cleaning the surface. All the loose particles and foreign particles to be removed by wire brush.
• All junction joints, construction joints shall be opened in one inch by one inch (1”x1”) size.
• Pre wetting the entire surface till one hour shall be done.
• Applying primer coat in all construction junctions & joints surface. Primer coat consists of chowgule’s crystalline water proofing system Crystallex 2k ss Powder & Crystallex 2k ss liquid. The Ration to be maintained is # parts Powder & 1 part liquid (1:3).
• Repack the joints (construction & junction) by site made polymer modified mortar of Cement, Washed sand and Bond Flex strong .First cement and sand is to be mixed@ ratio of one Part of Cement and three Parts Of washed sand (1:3 ) then in this mix bond flex strong is to be mixed @ 10% of weight of cement.( cement 1: sand 3 : bond flexes strong 10% weight of cement.)
• Cure the treated surface for a period of 12 hours.
• Injection grouting has to be done where honey comb was marked. The material to be used shall be Cement Mixed with non shrink grout admix. The ratio to be maintained shall be 50kg cement bag and 225 gm. non shrink admix.
• Apply two coats of Crystallex 2k ss in entire wall & floor areas consumption @ 0.70kg per SQM per single coat.(1 coat=.70kg ).
• Single coat shall consume 0.7 kg material whose preparation shall be 3kg Crystallex 2k ss powder & 1kg Crystallex 2k ss liquid .total 4kg material will be ready which will be consumed in 6 sq. met surfaces.
• Cure the treated surface for the period of 10 hours.
• Again apply the 2 coat as per the point’s number 9.
• Cure the treated surface for the period of 10 hours.
• Apply the final Coat of acryflex 2k ss powder & acryflex 2k ss liquid over all construction junctions & joints surface area only. The Ratio is 2 part powder & 1 part liquid (2:1).
• Apply the final coat of Acryflex 2k ss powder & Acryflex 2k ss liquid over all construction junctions & joints surface area only. The ratio is 2 part powder & 1 part liquid (2:1).
